Operator-first. Always.
Reservory is a booking, capacity, and payments platform built in Portland, Oregon. We make software for the people who actually run attractions venues — not the people who bought the software ten years ago and never worked a shift.
The tools were built for someone else.
Legacy booking systems were designed for owners sitting at desks in 2014. They look like accounting software. They take five clicks to find a booking. They're not legible on a phone. The person at the front desk — the one who actually needs to see what's coming in, check a guest in, take a walk-in, and handle a refund before the next group arrives — was never the design priority. We built Reservory for that person.
How we make decisions.
Built for the person on shift
Every screen is designed for the staff member holding a tablet at the front desk — big targets, plain labels, and a flow that a new hire can learn on day one.
No commissions, ever
A flat monthly fee and pass-through card processing. We don't skim bookings, hold reserves, or gate features behind higher tiers. Your revenue is yours.
Software that earns its keep
We only ship things that make a venue run better — fewer no-shows, faster check-ins, cleaner reports. No vanity features, no upsell traps.
We stay close to the work
We talk to operators every week. When something is confusing, we fix it. When something is missing, we build it. That cycle stays short on purpose.
We say what we don't do
Reservory is a specialist tool for attractions venues — not a generic platform trying to be everything. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
Portland-built, not VC-paced
We're building a durable product, not racing to an exit. That means we take the unglamorous work seriously: data integrity, security, and reliability under load.
Made here. Supported here.
We're based in Portland. Our team is remote-friendly but close-knit. When you email us, a person who works on the product reads it. We keep support in-house because the feedback loop between an operator's frustration and a shipped fix should be as short as possible.
