Capacity recommendations in the Command Center
The Daily Command Center now surfaces a capacity recommendation panel when historical utilization for a slot pattern consistently falls below 40% or exceeds 90%. Recommendations include suggested slot count adjustments and link directly to the slot editor. No action is taken automatically — the panel is advisory only.
Register mode for Point of Sale
The POS screen now supports a dedicated register mode designed for venues that run a retail counter alongside their bookings. Operators can add retail line items, apply promo codes, and split payment across card and cash — all within an open shift. Shift close reports now break out booking revenue vs. register revenue separately.
Scheduled SMS waiver reminders at T-24h and T-2h
Guests with an unsigned waiver now receive an automatic SMS reminder 24 hours before their session and again 2 hours out. Reminders are cancelled the moment the waiver is signed, so guests who sign early don’t receive redundant messages. Operators can disable the T-2h reminder from venue settings.

Klaviyo connector
A new Klaviyo integration syncs booking events, waiver completions, and customer profile updates to your Klaviyo account in real time. Booking confirmed, booking cancelled, and waiver signed events all map to Klaviyo metric events, making it straightforward to build post-visit flows and win-back sequences without a third-party connector.
Partial refunds
Operators with manager role or above can now issue partial refunds from the booking detail view. The refund amount is validated against the remaining refundable balance, and concurrent refund attempts on the same booking are safely serialized at the database to prevent over-issuing. Every partial refund is logged to the tenant audit trail with the issuing operator’s identity.
Cross-location revenue workbench
Multi-venue operators now have a dedicated cross-location view showing revenue, occupancy, and week-over-week change across all venues in one table. Anomaly callouts flag venues with unusual utilization drift — useful for catching a misconfigured slot pattern before it impacts a busy weekend.
March 2026
QuickBooks Online integration
Booking revenue and refunds now sync automatically to QuickBooks Online. Each confirmed booking creates a sales receipt; each refund creates a credit memo linked to the original receipt. The connector uses the booking’s experience name as the product/service line item so your chart of accounts maps cleanly.
Gift card transfers
Operators can now transfer a gift card balance from one card to another from the gift card detail page. Useful when a guest loses their original card number but has a record of the purchase. Transfers are logged to the audit trail and both card records reflect the change.
Cohort analysis in Reports
The Reports section now includes a cohort analysis view showing retention by first-visit month. Each cohort row tracks what percentage of first-time guests returned in subsequent months. Exportable as CSV for use in external tools.
February 2026
Zapier integration via API keys
Operators can generate API keys from the integrations settings page to authenticate Zapier workflows. The initial release supports booking cancel and check-in as Zapier actions. Keys are shown once at creation and stored as SHA-256 hashes — no plaintext keys at rest.
GDPR deletion requests
A new deletion request queue handles right-to-be-forgotten submissions with a 30-day cooling-off period. On processing, the anonymizer scrubs customer PII, cancels any pending scheduled emails and SMS, and marks the customer record as anonymized. Operators can submit requests from the customer detail page.
