Build software that earns its keep.
We're a small team building operator-first software for the people who run attractions venues. If you care about working close to real users and shipping things that matter, read on.
Small team. Real ownership.
We keep the team small on purpose. Fewer people means faster decisions, less coordination overhead, and more space for each person to own something meaningful. We talk to operators every week and let that inform what we build.
Where we need help.
We hire for a specific context: someone who can work independently, cares about the quality of what they ship, and wants to understand the problem domain, not just close tickets.
Full-stack engineer
Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, Supabase RLS. You'll work across the operator dashboard, API surface, and occasionally the embeddable widget. Prior experience with multi-tenant SaaS at the database layer is a strong plus.
Apply → hello@reservory.com →Product designer
We have a design system and a clear voice. We need someone who can take a messy operator workflow, find the right abstraction, and ship a screen that a front-desk hire learns in ten minutes. Figma, yes — but also comfort reading and writing JSX.
Apply → hello@reservory.com →Operator success
You'll be the person operators email when something is confusing — and you'll be in the room when we decide what to fix. Equal parts support, onboarding, and product feedback loop. Prior experience at a venue or in hospitality tech is helpful.
Apply → hello@reservory.com →We read every note.
If you think you'd be a good fit but don't see a matching role above, send a short note to hello@reservory.com. Tell us what you do well and what kind of work you want to own. We'll keep it on file and follow up when the timing is right.
Build the thing operators actually use.
We're hiring for people who want to be close to the problem, not far from it. If that sounds right, let's talk.
