Questions

Fair questions.

Where do the ROLLER details come from?

ROLLER’s public website, roller.software, as published in October 2026: their pricing page and plan table, their FAQ and their get-started flow. We have not used ROLLER under a customer contract. If anything here is out of date, email hello@reservory.com and we’ll correct it.

Why list the rows where ROLLER is ahead?

Because they’re true, and you would find them anyway. If you need loyalty points, kiosks or round-the-clock support today, ROLLER does those and Reservory doesn’t.

How much does ROLLER cost?

ROLLER doesn’t publish prices, so we can’t tell you. Ask them for a quote that includes implementation, any paid extras you need, and their usage fees, then compare that total with ours.

Can I move from ROLLER to Reservory?

Yes, and the help is free. We set up your products, sessions and waivers with you, and your guest list imports from a CSV. Future bookings are not imported automatically, so you can run both side by side during the trial and switch on a quiet day.

How do payments work?

You connect your own Stripe account for payouts. Payment-provider processing fees are separate from your Reservory subscription and depend on the payment method and provider arrangement.
