Every tool you already use, just connected.
Stripe under the hood. Twilio for SMS. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Slack, Zapier and more — all wired, all passing their costs through at exactly what the provider charges.
Zero markup on every integration cost. What the provider charges is what you pay.
Stripe Connect — under the hood.
Stripe is not bolted on — it is the payment layer. Every booking, POS sale, refund, and gift card transaction runs through Stripe Connect. You get Stripe's reliability, fraud tooling, and payout speed at the published 2.0% + $0.20 rate.
- Stripe Connect — payouts go directly to your connected bank account.
- T+2 auto payouts — cleared funds, 100% of balance, no reserves held.
- Card-present support — Stripe Reader for POS dips and taps.
- Dispute automation — Reservory attaches booking, waiver, and check-in on every chargeback response automatically.
Twilio, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot — synced.
Waivers and booking confirmations go via Twilio. Guest lists sync to whichever email platform you use — Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot. Segments and tags are kept in step so your marketing lists reflect actual booking behaviour.
- Twilio — waiver reminders, booking confirmations, and custom SMS campaigns.
- Mailchimp & Klaviyo — guest lists sync after every booking; tags reflect RFM segment.
- HubSpot — guest records, deal values, and booking history pushed on every change.
- Segment sync is one-way — Reservory is the source of truth; the CRM is the send surface.
QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Slack — automated.
Every payout syncs to QuickBooks as a journal entry with the fee waterfall intact. Booked slots push to Google Calendar so your staff see the day without logging into Reservory. Slack gets an alert for anything an operator would want to know about right now.
- QuickBooks — payouts, refunds, and fee lines posted automatically after each settlement.
- Google Calendar — slot bookings and cancellations keep staff calendars in sync.
- Slack — configurable alerts: new bookings, cancellations, capacity warnings, shift close.
- Zapier — connect anything else via triggers and actions across 6,000+ apps.
Every connector, no markup.
All connectors pass provider costs through untouched. What Twilio, Stripe, or Mailchimp charges is exactly what you see on the bill — Reservory takes nothing on top.

Build anything with the Reservory API.
Every resource is available over REST. Webhooks fire on every state change. The GraphQL endpoint handles complex reporting queries without round-tripping.
Good to know.
Is there a markup on integration costs?
No. Every integration passes its provider costs through at the rate the provider charges Reservory — zero markup. Twilio SMS is billed at Twilio's rate. Stripe fees are Stripe's fees. You see the line item; we don't take a cut.
How do I connect an integration?
Every connector has an operator-facing connect screen under Settings → Integrations. OAuth flows (HubSpot, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Slack) complete in one browser redirect. API-key connectors (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Twilio) take a paste and a save.
What does the REST API and webhook system expose?
The REST API covers every resource — bookings, slots, guests, payments, waivers, gift cards, and POS transactions. Webhooks fire on every state change. The GraphQL endpoint covers read-heavy reporting queries. API keys are scoped by permission level.
Can Zapier trigger on a new booking or cancellation?
Yes. The Zapier integration exposes Reservory as a trigger source (new booking, cancellation, check-in, payment) and as an action target (create booking, cancel booking, check in). Any of Zapier's 6,000+ app connections can listen to or act on your venue data.
