How do intro and belay classes work?

Are liability waivers handled before guests arrive?
Pre-arrival SMS sends the waiver link as soon as a booking is confirmed. Guests sign on their own device; unsigned waivers surface at the check-in screen so the desk can chase anyone who hasn’t signed.
Can guests add gear rental at the time of booking?
Yes. Shoe rental, harness hire, and chalk bag add-ons are available at checkout. Quantities are tracked so staff know what to pull before a busy Saturday morning opens.
